Yes. Export your site as clean files and host it anywhere. Your site is yours.
Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. If your site is hosted with us, it stays online and you can keep editing it for as long as the hosting continues.
Payments are not refunded, except when we charged you by mistake or could not register a domain you paid for. That is why the trial is free and needs no card. Read Refunds and Cancellation for the details.
